"Make the loss of a loved one easier" - What a joke
We have been waiting a year and a half for a letter of executorship (LOE) in order to process the estates of my late grandparents. We have contacted CL multiple times via a family member who is an employee and was assured that the matter was escalated accordingly.
Stay away if you prefer to have peace of mind when it comes to the passing of a loved one.
My whole family has LPPs in place that will be cancelled as soon as Discovery's product is up and running.
Truly shocking service.
I would strongly urge future clients to think twice before trusting Capital Legacy and their empty promises.
