Although I was extremely happy with Justin's assistance, I cannot say the same of the individual handling my (biological) father's estate.

I've been trying to get her to do the administration properly ito legality for 7 months now. However, I've been blocked round every corner and today, after 7 months, she eventually admitted that the estate is more than R250k, meaning that an L&D account should be done. I will not (on this page) go into all the gross irregularities which took place, but just want to say, being treated like an idiot and asked "what makes you think you have the right to access of information to your dad's estate" does not sit well with me. I'm trying to protect my stepmom's interest and keep a promise which I made to my 91 year old dad 2 weeks before his death. This, plus the fact that all L&D accounts are open for public view and objections gives me the right!!!!

This individual has now committed to providing me with a copy of the L&D account and I expect this to be done on the very 1st day of the inspection period, allowing me enough time to work through it.
