IT TAKES CAPITAL LEGACY A YEAR TO WRITE ONE LETTER!!!

We have been trying to sort out my brother-in-law's estate for over a year. The only thing that Capital Legacy had to do was to write a letter to Finsave, stating why the claim is late. They continuously change administrators and then we have to explain the whole story over again. I can't understand why this matter is not dealt with. How long does it take to write a letter? Last week the excuse was that they needed to take the file to management. If only I could get a manager to call me so that this matter could be dealt with.
