IS THIS BAD SERVICE OR ACTUALLY NO SERVICE

Nathan Render came to see me with regard to my will. I had a couple of questions for him. He sent me my will which I signed and had hand delivered. I called him and said I'm sending extra wording to which I am not sure of in red to him. It was a day or 2 before we left for overseas. In the meantime I knew that the will was signed. He said he will check everything and add and resend the original for signature. Upon my return I had more questions for him and sent him email. FOUR emails later to Nathan between September and November (which he have read), I've still not received ANY replies. If this is how things work at Capital Legacy, heaven know who will look after my property when I pass away.
