Completely void and useless. Incase you are having doubts on wether to go for this company or not then your answer is here. DO NOT HAVE A WILL WITH THEM. They are completely useless just in it for the money and nothing else. I’ve since logged a claim with them in July 2021 when my dad died. A year and half later nothing has been done by them. You constantly have to follow up with them just to hear more of their lies.
Shop around for better administrators because these ones right here is a complete NO! NO. Very useless and *********** they do not even deserve the 1 star i gave.
