Incompetancies explained.

I lost my father in December 2022. His Estate is still not finalised.

I have been struggling to get ANY response from Capital Legacy, and if they do reply, its in such a sarcastic way, that its sickning!

I have been sent from pillar to post, from your Estate Consultants, to the tax con****ant....back to Mabaso, Lungelo and Diren. Then NOTHING!!

NO FEEDBACK!! Amounts that was paid out was incorrect, even though I pointed it out to them. (If they would give a person the time of day, and actually want to help you, assist you, mistakes will not happen! Now 6 months down the line, you as the customer, have to play supervisor over what has been done! Unacceptable) There is just NO conclusion and finalisation with regards to my fathers estate.

"I will get back to you", is the only reply I get. Then they ghost you, cause everything is an issue. If you get upset, you are being called greedy.

Always some excuse!

I have never come across such incompetancies in my life. The staff seem to forget that without customers, they will not have the cosy, I will reply when I feel like it, jobs that they have.

Passing the buck has never solved anything!

If anything, I want this Estate to be finalised, I want my final paperwork......

You, Capital Legacy, have made the passing of my dad impossible to come to terms with, and move on with my life!.
