I wouldn't recommend leaving your estate in their hands

This is not my first review , but unfortunately I have to delete the old one to write a new one.

So nooo there is no change to capital legacy and the way I feel about them!!

I've been dealing with capital legacy since my father passed away November 2021. They only received letter of executorship on the 11 October 2022.

I've been a constant battle to get my late father's movable assets and vehicle since then. I was always told without the letter of executorship they can't do anything.

Now they have the letter executorship and I need a letter from them to get my late fathers movable assets and vehicle from the possession of his ex wife whom he was married out community of property without accrual to. I say it's his ex wife because he was going through a bad divorce and ended up taking his own life. (It his ex wife because the way they were married the marriage can only end through means of divorce or death and in this case death ended their marriage).My father left his entire estate to myself 100% the beneficiary.

Communication from capital legacy is utterly pathetic. I've even had to appoint my own attorney from the beginning of all this. Capital legacy would either respond a day or two after trying to get information or a follow up on the proceedings. I find this pathetic.

I was told on 12 october 2022 they will prepare the letter for me to retrieve the vehicle. On 14 October 2022 I did a follow up on the progress and received this reply "I do understand and we will do everything we can to assist expeditiously. We want to be able to draft this document to enable you the best chance to retrieve the vehicle; please bear with us. We will have it ready for you early next week".

We are now going on the end of the week with tomorrow being the 21 October 2022 and no response from my follow up as I was told it would be done early in the week?

This vehicle is being driven around with an expired license disc therefore not roadworthy and if this vehicle gets in accident the insurance not cover the damages!!!

My patience and trust with capital legacy is not existent and I cannot wait to never have to deal with them again.
