27 Mar 2025, 14:49Good Day, I am writing this report with extreme frustration and anger. This capital legacy is a ***** company . They do not have a decency to communicate with clients .My broker Goolam referred me for Islamic life cover shariah compliant. He brought Yashik & I took this product in 2022. For 2 years no problem,Then all of a sudden last year in April my wifes premium went up by over 130%.I called Goolam & Yashik & they told me they will get feedback second time it happened again. Now i left money for debit order&my bank is charging me for insufficient money. This is frustrating. Then the company is telling me they will give me feedback . Nicole is promising me feedback from the life info¬hing. Then they asked me to pay back missing premiums&I paid it back.The company told me last year they will fix the error&get back to me. I have to keep asking what is going on and nobody can help me. If tomorrow my wife passes away they they will tell me my policy is not valid. We bought this policy for myself& my wife. My english is not good but its been an embarrassment to get calls saying I did not pay my premium, I am very upset with this company. Its now gone 9 months and we have no answer.
