I was confronted with a challenge of whether I must continue paying my will policy premium when I was notified of the increments in premium due to anniversary of my policy. After a discussion with Ms Maleesha Sundram I was able to see a broader perspective regarding my policy which I didn't see before. She explained to me how important the policy is for the benefit of my dependents and also showed a comparison of the cover should I decide to down grade. If it wasn't because of her I could've canceled the policy and lost. However, due to her explanation and patience with me whilst asking questions I got a bigger perspective and I'm happy that I decided not to down grade or cancel. Thanks to Maleesha
