I wanted to amend my wills and Bianca Vermaak answered the phone. Bianca explained the contents of my wills and i was happy to amend it. I made some changes with her telephonically and after our conversation she E-mailed the amended Wills. I changed information more that three(3) times but she was patient with me. she took her time assisting me and i felt very special and confident to phone her whenever i want to add or remove information. i would like to thank Bianca for her personality and she must keep up the good work.
