I submitted a request to update my will on 9 January 2026. Unfortunately, I did not receive any acknowledgement for over a week. After following up, another agent indicated they would assist, but a further week passed without progress. When I eventually phoned, I was told that the agent had seen my request but did not understand certain aspects. This was disappointing, as no attempt was made to contact me for clarification, especially considering I have been a client since 2016. That said, I would like to commend Justin Grobler for his excellent service today. He acted with urgency, understood my request, and updated my will immediately. His professionalism and efficiency restored my confidence, and he truly went the extra mile to resolve an issue that had been pending for two weeks.
