I received an email from them saying that I was in arrears

I received an email from them saying that I was in arrears. According to my records I've paid my account and actually send copies of my payments every month. Apparently my installment increased since last year November and I wasn't aware of it. So Melanie from Capital Legacy assisted me. After the email I've sent to her including my proof of payments, she said she will check and get back to me. She phoned me back and explained to me what the misunderstanding was on my side and negotiated for my amount that was in arrears be written off because I've been paying diligently on a monthly basis. She was super friendly and amazing. I just want to say thank you to Melanie Raman for her amazing assistance.
