I received a phone call on 28 January from Capital Legacy and was assisted by Justin Grobler! I cancelled my policy in April 2024 at another employee of Capital Legacy that never cancelled the policy, but Justin followed up and informed me today about the cancellation and I will get refunded for all the months that they kept deducting!! I just want to say thank you very much to Justin Grobler for following up and doing his job! There should be more Justin's out there just doing what he gets paid to do and that is his job!! I hope his supervisor will realize that he has a good employee and give him a raise or promotion! Thank you very much for your help and kindness..
