I just wanted to thank Jada for all her help today. From the moment she answered her kind voice calmed me down as I was stressed and given the fact that I was on calls whole day trying to resolve the challenge that I am in right now, I can truly say that her kindness and sincerity did not go unnoticed given the world we are in today.
