I had the chance of meeting with one of liberty’s employees who was very friendly and experienced. I opted to chose life cover with liberty however after a week I realised I was not in the financial space at the moment to commit to such. And emailed the employee for a cancellation. During this I received no communication from said person until having to be brought to my financial adviser (Mayur) from liberty who made absolutely sure to have furthered the matter. Going forward I then only received comms from that sales agent later who mentioned I should be receiving a call. I received a call on the same day from the cancellation department and had the pleasure of talking to a representative called Brandon who made sure my issue was resolved and even provided additional information to show libertys value to there customers. Despite the delay I was very happy with their way of handling issues and their professionalism in the matter.
