Horrible service, Unauthorized deductions

My mother has been receiving unauthorized deductions from Capital Legacy on her payslip. She never signed up for their services and never spoke to the agent marketing Capital Legacy at her workplace.

In April, we visited HR to cancel the deductions, and HR confirmed they would be stopped. The agent attempted to get my mother to sign documents, which she refused, but promised the matter would still be resolved. We requested written confirmation, which we never received.

Five months later, deductions are still being taken. Calls to Capital Legacy go unanswered, and requests for a supervisor or even to see the supposed “will” are ignored.

This is *****ulent and unacceptable. My mother never consented to any Capital Legacy services, yet deductions continue. We demand immediate cancellation and a full refund.
