Horrible service

My experience with Capital Legacy has been disheartening, they way they have gone about finalizing my Dad's estate had been very poor. Spamer Dur came to our house and assured my family that the estate would be wound up in a year, it's been close to four years and still no end in sight and he, or the senior management has contacted us after several complaints logged. We have been given diffrent values of the.estate, how can senior management not intervene as this is a long outstanding complaint, I have also planned to express my dissapiontment on 702 and via the OBS. Capital Legacy has made our time of bereavement ten times worse.
