Helpful and professional staff

I had the pleasure of speaking to Justin, having been going through some financial difficulties, I had to call them to ask them to stop my premium until I am back on my feet, there were no qustions asked they gave me a two month waiver off my premium for being a long standing client. Normally when you call into a company they hound you to convince you to stay on board not understading that sometimes people just can't. thank you for not making the call more awkward than it already was for me. Great job.
