Help help help

I received mail from Capital Legacy that debit order for premium was rejected for July and August. I checked on the account and a the premiums went through. Nothing was returned.

The consultant sent copy of something that shows rejected,. I asked for the account number it was rejected. Only to find out it was my wife's account which she has closed way back when she lost her job. She also had a policy which obviously lapsed long ago. I advised consultant that the account does not belong to me and maybe there's a confusion. I sent her a 6 month statement that proving that the premium went through every month. She insists that this was my policy even after seeing the premiums going off my account.

She keeps on insisting that I must reinstating with an amount that is more than my premium. So I want to know where my premium is going to because it's a debit order. Why can't she pick up that I am paying. She continue to insist that I reinstate.

I want to pull out my hair, because she cannot answer me. She keeps on insisting that I must reinstate the policy.

Please help
