Heavy and broken heart

Hi guys. I'm writting here on your blog with a heavy and broken heart. I once wrote to you about Capital Legacy. I had taken one policy with them but they deducting for 2 policies. I have cancelled last year Feb, they even sent me a cancellation letter worse and also a confirmation letter of my cancellation. But till to date they still deducting. I have been getting calls and emails from different consultants promising that it has been cancelled, but still no help except me getting a refund. I must send them a pdf of my payslip for them to refund me which it's frastrating cause I don't get my payslips every month. And if I ddnt send it they don't refund me for that month. I'm drained and tired of this whole thing. Its been over a year now.
