I had some additions to make on my will and sent an email. I promptly received feedback from Shandre that she was available to assist with my need. We agreed on a time for a call, but my meeting overran.

She didn't give up trying to get hold of me. Once we did find each other, she came across friendly, professional and knowledgable about what I needed. She proceeded to make the necessary amendments on my will and sent them to me immediately after the call.
