Greedy money hungry Worst Service ever!

Do not even bother appointing Capital Legacy as your executor if you do not have a policy with them. They have turned into a money hungry greedy business that will only handles estates where they will make big bucks or if you have taken out insurance with them to cover costs. They honestly do not care about customers only about money. You have to milk everything out of them. From the get go we have given them all the info they requested. Our mothers estate would have been able to cover the costs, but it was not big enough for them. After asking them if they are going to take on the estate after 2 months of being appointed they agreed. Then a month later they ask us for the same documents again! After sending everything again! Then do they let us know they will not be handling our mother's estate. They have never once guided us in the right direction. Kept us in the dark the whole time and then 4 months down the line tell us they won't be handling the estate. If this was a relationship I would say we got played. We have to phone other executors or agents to guide us of how the process works. They are not a company to be trusted, only if you are worth the bucks. No principles at all..money based. Forget about customer service. If you leave them and trust them, you will find out a year has gone by and nothing got done. They will give you alot of excuses and only when you inquire will they put a carrot in front of you. Alot of promises very little action!
