Great service and awesome individual!
What a lovely person RENALDO is. Called into the Call Centre to make changes to my Will and he helped me without any hesitation, friendly attitude and not only that - we got to chat a bit about random stuff- just nice to speak to someone who is not transactional but more personable. Thanks Renaldo - great service and attitude!
