Woke up this morning and remembered that I need to amend my banking details. Emailed Natasha De Freitas who promptly responded and actioned my request. She further expedited that I review my portfolio and outlined what will happen during the review. I am very impressed with her work. She portrayed passion in what she does and great customer service ethics. Thank you.
