Good morning..I jst spoke to a nice young man by the name of Justine Grobler...I was trying to access some information abt my will..u know what sometimes u get so scared when u call these companies because u don't know what mood is the person going to in..Im a Xhosa speaking woman and for him understanding me was a great thing ..he was so polite and professional...he actually made me understand what I wanted to know and he was so patient with me..we actually need people like him in this world..he helped me a lot..now I'm gonna have a great day..thank bye
