It is with great disappointment that I have a debit from this company that I know nothing about. I have tried contacting them by phone and by email. One of my colleagues gave me the number that I can whatsapp, the guy saved as Cuan Gous Batista rudly responded that he can't help me because the person that opened a life cover for me is not working under him. I asked if he can give me the contacts of the person that can assist he never gave me. I then wrote an email to *** she responded asking for my contact that I had included in my email when I wrote. Till this date, no one is willing to assist. They are debiting from my Persal which is difficult to reverse or stop.
