Hi guys I'm writing this review with a heavy heart. I cancelled my policy with Capital Legacy Feb 2022 because they were deducting double premium for one policy. I have filled their cancellation form but till to date nothing has changed. I spoke to more than 5 of their consultants, they promised to sort it out but nothing. From my knowledge I have no active policy with them, but till to date they still deducting even after proming and sending emails that it has been cancelled. This is so frustrating I nolonger have an energy to email them because it's a waste of time, they keep on lying while busy deducting on my persal.
