Failed to update Will & won't cancel policy

Appalling service! Their agents are failing to do a mere Will update and now I've BEEEEEEEEN struggling to cancel a policy with them. They are using a stalling tactic whilst debiting the money off my account.. ******** of note!!

I would have continued with the policy but their incompetence to update my Will made me to be cautions of them if anything. I now know none of my wishes will be granted
