Extremely poor service by Wills & estates specialist!
Wills & estates specialist! If there were a negative star rating I would give it to them as from the 7th of August, I was waiting for Dennis Haynes to reply to a mail that I sent to him requesting assistance, I also phoned him and he confirmed that he received my mail. On the 22nd of August, I sent him another email, but he did not respond. I phoned him twice today 25 August 2023 He WhatsApp me that he was busy consulting and that if I had any questions to send him a WhatsApp which I did. Tonight at 18:00 I looked at his WhatsApp and all the messages were deleted without him getting back to me. Never will I have my will entrusted to such a useless service from Dennis Haynes Testamentary Consultant!!. I was advised by the ATKV to use this service but I will be notifying them what poor service I received.
