Extremely Disappointing Experience with Capital Legacy

I am absolutely disgusted by the complete lack of professionalism and service from Capital Legacy, who are so quick and efficient when it comes to signing you up for their services to draft your will and promise to provide only the best support and service in the event of your passing, to help those loved ones left behind in this time of sorrow and sadness... HOWEVER the only smooth and transparent thing you will experience from then on, is the monthly debit order coming off your bank account for their monthly service fee! My ****her passed away over 2 years ago and to say the process of dealing with his Estate with Capital Legacy (Dylan Eason and Taryn Lee Govender) has been an absolute NIGHTMARE! For over two years, both myself and my Family members, have sent countless emails requesting updates on the status of my Father's Estate. It is a real situation of "one step forward and three steps back". The endless promises of someone "going to get back to you, check on the file etc" is endless... This has to be one of the most draining and emotionally taxing experiences I have ever dealt with, you are constantly hitting your head against a brick wall with this firm. A favourite tool of this firm is to call you to discuss things telephonically, so that there is no paper trail of what has been told and or promised to you telephonically. After numerous requests to please NOT call but only communicate via email, you still get calls from the Firm wanting to "update you". After the rest of my Family decided last year that they cannot keep on trying to chase Capital Legacy to do their work on my Father's Estate (as only the name of Capital Legacy is enough to give my Family members instant anxiety or sky-high blood pressure), I contacted my late Fathers financial broker (Craig Ivans) who originally advised my Family to sign up with this Firm and asked him to please step in and try and pressure Capital Legacy to do their work and get my Father's Estate completed. After Craig contacted Capital Legacy, all of a sudden things began to happen, questions asked, feedback given and then as usual... it went completely quiet and not a word from Capital Legacy. I thought I would try the positive approach in 2025 and emailed Taryn Lee Govender a few weeks back to ask for an update from Capital Legacy and as has been the case numerous times over the past two years, I got a reply to say that she will look at the file and come back to me... and not surprising I still have not heard back from her and decided to send her another email this morning, asking her to please be so kind as to provide feedback for me on my Father's Estate. It does not come as a surprise to me that on Hellopeter.com - out of 1950 reviews 480 of them are a 1 star! Perhaps Capital Legacy hope that eventually I will stop contacting them and they can then focus more time on signing new clients up to the Firm... But trust me - I am not one of those people who are going to walk away with my hands in the air in defeat! You will continually hear from me, until you have completed the work you have been paid to do and have 100% completed the work you promised my late Father you would do, in the time of his unfortunate time!
