With all the ****py service one experiences out there, it is very rare you come across someone who actually provides you with service to such a degree that you feel valued and understood. Lesego Mabaso, thank you, yes it was something simple like changing banking details but I appreciate the assistance and confirmation thereafter, keeping me in the loop and not ignoring me for days on end as many others do.
