I called Capital Legacy to update my banking details and to amend my Will, and got hold Mpho Magonono on Monday, the 24th October 2022. She did not put me through to another person like I am used to being put through and then end not being assisted at all. I explained my experience with Capital Legacy to her, and she apologised for the inconvenience I have been subjected to and promised to assist me henceforth. She kept her word, my banking details were changed promptly, my Will is amended with all the changes I had asked her to effect on the document.
