Easier to resurrect the dead than get a response from Capital Legacy.

My mother passed almost two years ago and Mrs Nadine Pillay has yet to sort out the paper-work. Mr, Ranesh got involved and despite a great first consult, again radio silence.

This company has made dealing with death and grief all the worse by their complete disregard for grieving families and zero communication, the incompetence is astounding. People rely on businesses like this to assist in the confusion and navigate the paperwork to wrap things up.

Capital legacy seems determined to draw it out.

We have filled in, scanned, signed and documented every s**** of paper they've requested of us, going as far as making a neat google drive folder where it's all organised AND handing the original forms that we signed, yet even this is too much for them to handle. They've left my family and me wondering what will become of my mother's estate because - regardless of how much you email, call or message, you WILL be left on reading and ignored until it suits them(It never does, she may respond to an email once every 3 or 4 months).

Awful. AVOID.

Good Morning Jeani,

Thank you for bringing this to my attention.

I am immensely sorry for the frustration caused, our main goal is to make the loss of your loved one easier, so that you don't have to concern yourself with unnecessary admin during such a difficult time.

Please leave this with me and I'll be sure to investigate this as a matter of urgency.

Nicole will be in touch shortly.

Have a lovely day,
