Capital Legacy are quick to take their monthly debits but don't you dare try to update your will... not only do they NOT contact you to update your will but when you contact them about updating your will they couldn't be bothered to get back to you after acknowledging receipt of your request. This is their generic response "Thank you for your enquiry. We will be in touch shortly." A week later and not a peep but the debit order went off as scheduled.
