Do not do any business with Capital Legacy

I would strongly advise people not to use Capital Legacy. My late husband and I had our wills drawn up by them and also took out policies to cover executors fees. My husband passed away just before lockdown with the result that everything stood still for 3 to 4 months. In April/May 2021, Capital legacy just decided to don't continue with his estate and I must struggle to get somebody else to assist me with the winding of the estate. First of all, we struggled for months to get all the estate information out of them. Secondly, we once again struggled to get funds that had been deposited into the estate account at Capital legacy out of them. After month's struggle, emails and unanswered phone calls, they only paid a small part of the funds. It is now again a struggle to get just an outline out of them on how they made up the amount paid. They also didn't pay out any of the coverage that was taken out to cover executors fees. So please be warned. Do not have wills drawn up at Capital Legacy and to not take out any polies from them either.... They simply do not pay out and keep the funds fo9r themselves. Especially do nog deal with Leigh-ann Holtshuizen. She just don't answer any emails or calls.
