Dishonesty and unauthorised debit order

On the 13th of November 2024. A consultant by the name of Leani Vaughan gave me a call and we had few agreements in place and one of the agreements was that debut order will go off on 25th Jan 2025, surprisingly it went off today morning. Again, I have since sent her email on the 13th after the call and still no answer to my questions. She promised I can email and ask any questions or raise any concerns but still she never replies to emails. Would be better to go off to another company I guess
