Disgusted client
I have been begging for 2 months to have my policy cancelled with Capital Legacy and I have just been ignored. After ample emails to Nokuthula Mazibuko, a very rude and unhelpful consultant, today I still wake up with a debit order 4 times the previously agreed amount. Absolutely useless and unfair treatment from this company I would NEVER recommend to anyone!
