Disappointing service and lack of urgency on critical estate matters

I am extremely disappointed with Capital Legacy’s service, particularly given the importance of estate planning. I previously left a positive review based on my initial experience, however my recent interactions have shown a serious lack of urgency and responsiveness. I requested an update to my will and the collection of the signed original will. Despite follow-ups, this has not been handled timeously. I have now updated my will, yet the original signed document has still not been collected, which is unacceptable for a company dealing with critical legal documents. I also emailed Capital Legacy yesterday to formally inform them of my intention to review my policy due to these service issues. As of now, I have received no response or acknowledgement. Estate planning requires efficiency, accountability, and urgency. Unfortunately, my recent experience has shown the opposite. I am now actively considering moving my policy elsewhere and will be advising those I referred to Capital Legacy to review their own arrangements as well. This review replaces my earlier positive feedback, which I no longer feel is justified based on the current level of service.
