Disappointed

I was suggested by my broker to join capital legacy and a few months ago suggested to my mother, sister and brother to join capital legacy. In the meantime my mother passed away and then our troubles started because they reacted very slow and after writing two letters of demand they simply rescind as executor. My mother wanted her property to be sold and the money to be divided between our six children, but capital legacy decided to put in exstra clause with give some of the children the opportunity to have the property in a trust . This wasn't discuss with there agent at all. My thinking is that capital legacy trays to capitalise on the estate. Now they have stuffed up the will and we have to appoint a nother executor to firstly tray to save our situation. I in the meantime read through my own will and saw the same clause that I didn't discuss with them. According me the are really not worth the time and money. They are building there own legacy.

while they know that we do not all agree with the future of the property. I feel that Capital Legacy did not act in the best interests of my mother's will at all and are failing in their duties. I have sought other legal opinions and I understand that they could have simply motivated the sale of the property to the Master of the Court because there are no funds to pay the executor of the estate and the property is agricultural land and cannot be transferred into the names of all of us.
