Difficulty terminating a will-making process.

I have been trying to cancel the will-making process with Capital Legacy (will is still a draft, not signed) but I still get updates to sign it even though I requested them specifically, to terminate the process and remove my details from their database. One response via email was that if I want to revoke the current will I should sign a new will with them! Revoke which will because it was an usigned draft making it an invalid will. I do not wish to have any will or policy with them. Please help!
