DE*****ED BY CAPITAL LEGACY
In September 2022 a capital legacy agent came to my work place, I became interested in their product I requested that he draft the will for me. When he presented the final draft I was not happy with the standard of their will and I never sign the will to my surprise from November 2022 the started to deduct money from me stop order without my permission for what I do not know because I never agreed to the will. Iam de*****ed by the agent. Need agent assistance before I open a ******** case and refund to the money taken. Name of the agent is Bethuel from Vereeniging.

On the 19-01-2023 I spoke to Pfunzo from cancelation department she promised to send me a cancelation letter and escalate my complaint futher because I nee a refund for the unauthorized debit on my account, till todate she has not given me any feedback on my complaint neither did she send any cancelation letter. I have made a follow up with Michelle and she said she will inform Pfunzo to contact me but since our last email conversation nothing is happening, the level of intervention in my case is amateurish , exhausting and very unprofessional .
