Deception and lies!

This company is NOT recommended. I have been in the life assurance industry since 1984 and thought I was only applying to Capital Legacy to do a WILL. I categorically stated to John Engelbrecht that we DO NOT want any policy and yet a policy has been issued. After calling Justin Grobler (he is very glib with his mouth) he said that although I don’t pay for the policy, I would qualify for a 25% reduction in Estate duty. THIS IS NOT HOW IT WORKS AND SMACKS OF *******ION AT EVERY LEVEL. There is nobody who can afford to wind ups Estates at a small cost. They are not interested in Assets/Liabilities (the very reason to have a valid Will) but only interested in selling a little policy and who knows how our estate will be wound up! I have just spoken to other financial planners and would urge everyone to be cautious before dealing with this company. I do not believe they are honest or ethical at all. DON’T deal with them!!!
