Debit order Dispute

Good day I have a bad experience with capital legacy I was called by a gentleman called Samuel Gumbi who wanted me to sign up a contract which I did not agree on. I did not sign any documents to confirm any agreement with them. All of a sudden there's a debit order on my bank account without my knowledge which is *********. This is ***** and would like that to be stopped. I I tried complaining to them several times but no positive response from them. On Friday dated 3rd January they tried debiting my account again which this is messing up with my credit score.

This company is not ethical to their people just taking money from them without any services rendered.
