Debit order after cancellation

I am very disappointed in Capital Legacy, I specifically instructed them to cancel my policy in March. I received an email stating that they will give me a "premium holiday", however I instructed them again that I want to cancel, but received no response. After numerous follow ups and no response they tried to deduct money off my account on 1 August. I have requested a cancellation again but received no response. I am shocked at the service and their inability to follow a simple cancellation instruction.
