Debit not agreed
I am very disappointed by Capital legacy, after i asked for a premium brake for 3 months since im on maternity leave. They refused that they don’t accommodate such, no payment no policy, i then told the consultant Sandra that its fine i will take the risk of no policy for 3months and resume February, She said okay noted, to my surprise to check thaf they debited me, after it was agreed that no premium no policy, im really disappointed
