Complaint after complaint, zero improvements, GHOSTED
After numerous complaints, having Justin contact me to resolve my concerns, proceeding and thereafter back to square 1, it is unfortunate to say that Capital Legacy is most definitely the most flawed service provider I've ever experienced.
I want my policy now cancelled, I will not do business with a company like this.
Chevlika Chuturgoon, Bianca Vermaak, Daluxolo Maseko, Justin Grobler, Kabelo Mokgabudi. All of them ghosted me.
Cancel my policy, cancel my testament/will. Remove my information from your database.
I want a response by close of business via EMAIL. Cancel my policy and send me the confirmation via email. Do not try rekindle this relationship again, I am done.
I require cancellation confirmation by close of business 1 July 2025.
