Claim not paid out as advertised

My Wife passed away on the 30th of June and these guys have not paid out her Immediate Liquidity and Estate Overheads Protector. What I find interesting is the fact that they claim that the Immediate Liquidity pays within 24 hours and yet it has been over 3 months now, when I email them I'm told the claim is on a pending status. This qualifies them for false advertising and misleading customers into buying their products, deceptive marketing is governed in terms of Part G of the CPA (Consumer Protection Act) and section 48 prohibits suppliers from marketing goods or services in a manner that is unfair, unreasonable, or unjust.
