Captial Legacy - No legacy

This is probably the worst company I have ever dealt with. I was supposed to be refunded monies that were taken from my account without my authorisation. I notified them on the 02.10.2023 already. I was promised a refund. On Monday I was told that it was authorised and will be paid. Yesterday I phoned and was told I will be phoned back, guess what it did not happen. Today several call later to be told it was only authorised today and will only be paid on Tuesday. The consultant Lerato Ndlovu that was assisting me has gone radio silence. I wonder that if I died if my children will also have to beg for my death claim to be paid.
