Capital Legacy - useless!!!!!!!!!

I feel like this review does not even deserve a star. This establishment is incapable of administering an estate. When applying for the executorship letter they handed in the wrong will, that when they were in possession of the correct will. Since the letter of executorship has been issued in August 2025, capital legacy has been failing to secure the amended letter of executorship ever since then and we are now in April 2026. This is causing a loss of money to the estate, because we cant do anything without the correct letter. We have managed to secure offers on some of the properties that is not being accepted due to the delay of the amended letter.

The business of Capital Legacy is to administer estates, which they are failing to do here.

When speaking to Diren today, 13 April 2026, he again promised to escalate and call me when their correspondent is at the master, none of this has happened. Everything gets escalated but nothing is happening. If there is no way forward given to us soon, we will have to remove this estate from Capital Legacy.

Surely this is not how a deceased estate is supposed to be handled? What about the fiduciary duty of Capital Legacy towards the estate and one of the minor beneficiaries.

NEVER WOULD I EVER RECOMMEND ANYONE TO USE CAPITAL LEGACY! Useless is a understatement. They do not know how to sort out the very same business they were entrusted with by the deceased.
