Capital Legacy.. Poor Excutorship management
Capital Legacy are the appointed Executors of my Mother in Laws deceased estate. Two years ago Absa bank transferred R15 000 out of her deceased estate account, for two years Capital Legacy did not follow up or enquire why or where is the money. They still today have no clue what ABSA did with the money, two years have passed and nobody at Capital Legacy can give an answer. The Administrator nor the Estate Executor have any idea what is happening.
